Was Briggs aware of RCP review and 6 key issues?
This request asks whether relevant decision-makers were aware of the Royal College of Physicians review findings and the six critical issues identified. "Please confirm whether the findings of FOI request R4932 were made available to Professor Tim Briggs prior to the publication of his report on the future of the Royal Devon & Exeter cardiology department collaborating with cardiology services at Torbay Hospital. If so, please provide:
- The date on which FOI R4932 was shared with Professor Briggs or his team.
- Any correspondence or documentation indicating that FOI R4932 was referenced in the preparation of his report.
If not, please confirm that FOI R4932 was not shared with Professor Briggs or referenced in his work."
